Standard Intelligence package

The order summary identifies the Customer and workspace, Orchestri Intelligence, purchased capacity, package price, billing interval, recurring total, currency and service-start treatment. The terms displayed in that summary form this Order Form when accepted by an authorized representative of the Customer.

Standard Intelligence is one package at $449 USD per month, including five users, billed monthly in advance. It automatically renews monthly until canceled. There is no free trial. Additional capacity, annual pricing and promotions are not included in this standard package. Contact support@orchestri.ai to discuss expanded capacity.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access ordinarily continues through the paid-through date, subject to suspension rights in the Agreement. Cancellation does not create an automatic prorated refund. Customer may use Orchestri Billing or the linked Stripe Customer Portal to schedule cancellation or contact support@orchestri.ai for assistance.

Stripe processes payment. Fees exclude applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise; any tax collected is displayed before payment confirmation. Paid service begins when payment succeeds.

By affirmatively accepting, the representative confirms authority to bind the named Customer, accepts this Order Form and the linked Terms, acknowledges the Privacy Policy and authorizes the displayed subscription and its renewals. Saving the agreement and continuing to payment are separate steps. The order receipt identifies the accepted document versions and order reference. Subsequent changes do not rewrite the Customer’s earlier accepted order.
